In the post after this, I copied and pasted Theodore White's analysis as to what happened with all the cold in Texas, the power outage, and the "Green New Deal" type generated power that failed. I follow Theodore white's posts on Facebook and he lives near me in the Philadelphia area. He believes that climate change is the result of the sun, not measly mankind, and warned of a grand solar minimum which is contributing to some of this mayhem lately. Of course I see "corrections" to his posts every now and then because he steps on the liberal's sacred cow of global warming and that the mankind is the cause. Meanwhile, probably some of the Facebooker censors living in Texas are freezing their butts off as they push their global warming idol but they won't say anything about this fiasco because 1) they won't admit they are wrong and 2) they are probably threatened with death since these types can't justify their error (i.e. battle of wits vs brawn). So they are suffering in the cold. With all that, here's the article below on the next post.

Global Cooling: 2020s, 2040s & 2040s The Sun's Grand Minimum: Winter 2021 Disasters Underway Plus, The Truth On Climate Change by Theodore White, astromet.sci
As forecast, the most unrelenting winter weather pattern in decades unleashed brutally cold temperatures and record snowfall deep into Texas; causing harrowing scenes on roadways across the middle of the United States - as frozen 'green new deal' wind turbines has left millions of people without power over the weekend. It is the Sun that causes all climate change - not humanity. Moreover, no amount of 'man-made climate change' ideology is now going to help the more than 2.5 million Texans who have no electricity = no power to stay warm. The reason why? The numerous 'green new deal' - and now totally frozen - wind turbines is the reason why. The turbines, located on wind farms in western and northern portions Texas stopped working altogether - as the frigid temperatures and precipitation of a global cooling storm shut all the wind turbines down and with it electricity for over two million people. According to local Texas authorities, those green new deal wind power generated 23% of all the energy in Texas in 2020 (the second-largest energy source after natural gas) and now those frozen green new deal wind turbines are causing millions of people to freeze in their own homes. The weather of global cooling has caused the southern Plains to be transformed into Siberia due to brutally cold polar air that has toppled century-old records. Meanwhile, snow, sleet and ice continue to cause travel chaos. The coast-to-coast global cooling weather system of winter 2021 caused particular chaos across Texas, where rolling blackouts left people in the dark and without electricity amid frigid temperatures. As the quiescent Sun rose over Texas on Monday morning, Feb. 15th, residents who braved the elements and stepped outside experienced weather that felt colder than Alaska. At 8 a.m. central standard time, the mercury in Houston hovered around 17 Fahrenheit one degree lower than what was reported in Anchorage, Alaska, at the same time. Farther inland across Texas, temperatures bottomed out well below zero with significantly lower temperatures due to a biting wind from the north. At 3:40 a.m. central time, the city of Amarillo, Texas, experienced wind chill temperatures of 31 degrees below zero. Heavily populated cities were in the throes of punishing cold on Monday morning. In Dallas, the thermometer read 7 degrees with a real feel Temperature of minus 19. To the north in Oklahoma City, conditions were even more brutal with the mercury at minus 7 degrees and wind chill temperature of minus 35. Across the state of Texas, more than 2.6 million customers were without power amid the sub-freezing temps and wintry precipitation. The blast of winter weather made it all the way to the Gulf of Mexico as the beaches in Galveston were left covered in a dusting of snow. Multiple areas throughout the Lone Star State also have maximum daily snowfall records broken, including in Abilene and San Angelo, where double-digit amounts accumulated. In Abilene, a Valentine's Day total of 14-plus inches broke a record that had stood for decades. The city also recorded a low temperature of 5 degrees for the day, matching a record low for the date. Such cold air also triggered "rolling blackouts" which were supposed to temporarily knock out power for many residents for less than an hour. However, the bitter cold has triggered a “statewide power generation shortfall emergency,” according to a statement from CenterPoint Energy. The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) began initiating power outages early Monday morning to conserve energy and has urged residents to close blinds, unplug appliances and hold off on doing laundry to minimize energy usage. Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner faced backlash for the outages as many took to Twitter to express frustration at the blackouts and disappointment in the city’s lack of preparation. Around 9:30 a.m., local time, CenterPoint told customers that those in the dark “should be prepared to be without power for at least the rest of the day.” The reason for the continued lack of power has been due to frozen wind turbines in West Texas, grid operators said. So goes the sad fallacy of 'man-made global warming' and the need for wind turbines under the 'Green New Deal.' For years I have warned dimwits turning to 'green energy' that they would cause havoc and deaths if they continued to purse their idiotic 'man-made global warming' green deal which is a failure from start to finish. Typically the state’s green wind farms generate a combined 25,100 megawatts of energy - but those turbines were ground to a halt by the moist winter conditions. In 2020, wind power generated 23% of the all the energy in Texas and was the second-largest source after natural gas, according to local reports. Since 2015, Texas officials have more than doubled the amount of wind power in Texas, while simultaneously retiring fully operational coal power plants. Wind power, as a result, has surpassed coal power as the second-leading power source in Texas. Unlike coal and natural gas power, which are available on-demand and are largely impervious to adverse weather, by contrast wind turbines provide power only when wind speeds are in an ideal range. Moreover, wind turbines have proven to be particularly susceptible to icy conditions. Man-made climate change activists have long championed wind power for its asserted reductions in carbon dioxide emissions. Texas public officials have bought into wind power, with Texas now having more than triple the wind power capacity of any other state. Now, people throughout Texas are forced to endure below-freezing temperatures without any electricity. Because of the failure of the frozen wind turbines hundreds of calls for emergency medical services were already fielded by midday on Monday, according to MedStar EMS, which serves Fort Worth and 14 other cities in Northern Texas. The 201 calls answered by around 11:30 CT were up 36.7% from the same timeframe the previous Monday. Dozens of the calls were related to power outages gripping the state amid a deep freeze in which temperatures had plummeted into the single digits and even below zero across the northern tier of the state. Emergencies included patients whose oxygen machines had stopped working due to the power outage, and 19 patients were treated for hypothermia, according to MedStar EMS Alerts on Twitter. By Monday afternoon, Feb. 15th, the frozen wind turbines causing rolling blackouts in Texas had also extended to Oklahoma. According to KOCO News, OG&E, which provides electricity to Oklahoma and parts of western Arkansas, began temporary blackouts to prevent the power grid from becoming overwhelmed. It’s the first time in the power company’s history such a measure has been deployed. The massive winter storm began in the Northwest but spread across the country as Oregon, Virginia and North Carolina were among the hardest-hit states in terms of outages. A path of snow extended from the westernmost parts of Washington and Oregon, down to New Mexico and Texas, all the way to Michigan. While snow was spreading across the country, ice began to coat the roads in Nashville, Tennessee. The Nashville Fire Department sent multiple resources to assist with an accident involving multiple vehicles that occurred on I-24 on Saturday. Emergency responders asked for people to avoid the area or to use extreme caution if travel is a must. On Sunday, an accident between multiple semi-trucks and passenger vehicles turned fiery on the Turner Turnpike westbound in Oklahoma. Traffic relating to the crash is being diverted to Hogback road, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol tweeted. According to The Oklahoman, the crash involved two semi-trucks and at least six vehicles. Several people were transported to a hospital. In neighboring Texas, the number of car accidents across Texas climbed sharply in the evening as many road became impassible. At one point early Sunday night, as snow and ice pummeled the state, there were over 130 active car accidents in the Houston area alone, according to local officials. The entire states of Oklahoma and Texas were under winter weather alerts on Saturday. A winter storm watch was issued in Brownsville, which is the first winter storm watch the town has had in a decade. Sunday’s massive snowstorm broke multiple all-time, single-day records in Texas, according to the National Weather Service. The cities of San Angelo and Abilene both saw all-time maximum snow total records broken, as Abilene reported more than 14 inches and San Angelo barely topped 10 inches with an official report of 10.1. The previous all-time record at Abilene was set on April 5, 1996 when 9.3 inches fell. Meanwhile, San Angelo's previous all-time high was 10 inches that occurred on Jan. 16, 1919. At Midland International Airport, over 5 inches of snow were recorded - the first time the city had ever recorded more than a trace of snow on Feb. 14. Farther north, Oklahoma City tied its daily maximum snowfall of 6 inches. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said the storm was "unprecedented in Texas history," KWTX reported. He also said the Texas Department of Transportation is "working around the clock" to make sure any potential issues are addressed. Gov. Abbott issued a state of emergency across the entire state ahead of the arrival of the storm and announced on Sunday that a federal emergency declaration was approved by the White House. This declaration will make additional resources available for communities impacted by this rare but deadly weather event. Every single individual who pushes the fallacy of 'man-made global warming' still has not been able to answer this one simple question to prove that 'man-made climate change' is real. Here is the question: How is it possible for a mechanism in a planetary atmosphere to act as a heat pump driven by an environment that radiatively interacts with - but at the same time - is radiatively equilibrated to the atmospheric system? I have asked that one question for many years and yet not a single person, group, politician and change change organization who accepts and pushes the propaganda of 'man-made climate change' has answered that one question. And to this very day; what do we hear from those who propagate 'man-made climate change' when it comes to answering that single question? Crickets. “The man who does not read has no advantage over the man who cannot read.” ~ Mark Twain.
